01 — ASSESS
See what's actually there.
We start with a ground-level facilities and operations audit: walking sites, reviewing inspection history, and talking to the people doing the work every day.
We've done this ourselves, not just reviewed it on paper. Our consultants walk campuses and conduct FIT inspections from the ground level up on every new site.
02 — PLAN
Build a plan that can be funded.
Findings become a prioritized, board-ready plan, sequenced by urgency and structured to meet the requirements of the funding sources available to the district.
Every plan we build is shaped by having sat on the other side of the table, knowing what a board needs to see and what a funding source requires before either will sign off.
03 — DELIVER
Execute, and leave it working.
We stay through implementation, tracking progress against the plan and training staff to sustain it, so results don't slide back once we're gone.
We measure success the way a district does: whether the system still works after we've left, not just whether the report looked good on delivery.
